My Maison Annam account
To create a Maison Annam account, simply go to your personal space by clicking on the icon at the top right of your screen (human-shaped icon).
You are then asked to enter your email address.
You will receive a 6-digit code by email to log in.
Enter the code and validate.
There you go, your account is created!
You can then complete your information by going to the "profile" section.
You can fill in your name and add your postal addresses for future deliveries.
To change your personal information, nothing could be simpler:
1. Go to your personal space (human-shaped icon at the top right) and log in using your email (if you haven't already)
2. Next, go to the “Profile” section.
3. You can then modify your personal information on this page: your name and postal addresses by clicking on the pencil icon.
⚠️ If you wish to change your email address , please contact us at contact@maison-annam.com.
To delete your account, please contact us by email at contact@maison-annam.com, specifying your name and email address.
Our team will then take care of deleting your account and your personal data.
Maison Annam uses the latest "passwordless" technology !
You do not need a password to log in to your Maison Annam account.
Each time you log in, please enter your email address and a temporary code will be sent to you by email and... that's it!
No need to remember your password anymore!
My order
You will receive an email at each stage of your order:
Order confirmation after purchase;
Order processed and shipped with tracking number. You can also find the status of your order in your Maison Annam personal space, “My orders” section.
We are preparing your orders quickly to ensure prompt shipping. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@maison-annam.com and we will see what can be done.
Payment and security
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple Pay.
If your payment does not go through, check that your banking information is correct and that your payment limit has not been reached. If the problem persists, contact us at contact@maison-annam.com .
Delivery
For deliveries in mainland France
Delivery is free .
You can choose between delivery to a relay point with Colissimo or home delivery against signature with DPD.
For international deliveries
Delivery costs are calculated automatically based on the destination address and the carrier chosen at checkout.
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location. All information is available during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You can also find this information in your customer area.
Yes, we deliver to France and several international countries.
Shipping costs are automatically adjusted based on your address at checkout.
⚠️ Customs information :
Any customs fees are the customer's responsibility. If you are located outside the European Union, please inquire about any potential fees before finalizing your purchase.
If you refuse these charges, the delivery charges and any customs charges will not be refunded , and the return of the package will be at your expense.
Return and refund
RETURN CONDITIONS
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your items to us.
Items must be returned in their original packaging , new, unworn, unwashed, with all accessories and tags intact .
If your entire order is returned, any free gifts must also be returned. If the signature pouch is not returned, €45 will be deducted from your refund.
Any item returned non-compliant or damaged will not be accepted for return.
The buyer is responsible for the returned package until it is actually received by our CAMALO logistics center (Colissimo tracking is proof).
In the event of loss or damage to the package during return, we will not be able to refund the order.
The buyer must then contact their carrier directly with their tracking number for any complaints.
In the case of a free return for mainland France, if you choose not to use the Colissimo label prepaid by Maison Annam , the return costs that you have paid cannot be reimbursed.

Important : All returns must be made online and follow the instructions provided. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a refund for your order.
COSTS
Return shipping is free within mainland France for full-priced items only. Standard exchanges (for example, a size change) are free of charge (one free exchange per order).
Returns for discounted items incur a €10 fee (covering shipping and restocking costs), which will be deducted from the corresponding refund amount.
For other countries, return shipping fees will be charged, along with any applicable taxes (including customs duties and fees, where applicable). The total return costs (shipping, taxes, and customs fees) will be automatically deducted from the corresponding refund amount.
In the event of return fees, they will be deducted from your refund.
REFUND
Once your return has been received by our teams, it will be processed and you will be refunded within 14 days to the account with which you made your purchase.

You have 14 days after receiving the package to request a return.
To return an item, simply go to your personal space and select the order in question.
Then select “make a return” and check the items concerned for return.
Once validated, a prepaid Colissimo return label is generated from the customer area.
All you need to do is print it and affix it to the package.
