Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions – Maison Annam

Organized by Maison Annam, operated by Teckie Force SAS, headquartered at 63 impasse du Fort, 38121 Reventin-Vaugris, France.

 

Article 1 – Eligibility

The giveaway is open to all individuals aged 16 and older, residing in France or any European country. Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is allowed.


 

Article 2 – How to Enter

 To participate, users must:

  • Like the giveaway post on Instagram

  • Follow the Instagram account @maison.annam

  • Tag two friends in the comments under the giveaway post

 Any entry that does not meet these conditions will be deemed invalid.


 Article 3 – Duration

 The giveaway will run from April 22, 2025, at 6:00 PM (CET) to May 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM (CET).


 Article 4 – Winner Selection

 The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. They will be contacted via Instagram direct message, and the winner announcement will be made on May 3, 2025, at 6:00 PM.


 Article 5 – Prize

 The prize consists of one Léna jumpsuit in navy blue, with an approximate retail value of €270 including VAT.


 Article 6 – Prize Delivery

 The prize will be shipped via postal mail to the winner’s address within 15 days after the announcement. Shipping costs will be covered by the organizer.


 Article 7 – Personal Data

 No personal data will be collected during the giveaway, except for the winner’s postal address, which will be used solely for the delivery of the prize. Our full privacy policy is available at www.maison-annam.com.


 Article 8 – Liability

 Maison Annam shall not be held liable in the event of:

  • Technical issues beyond its control affecting the participation or access to Instagram

  • Loss, theft, or damage of the prize during delivery

  • Cancellation or alteration of the contest due to unforeseen circumstances

 


 Article 9 – Right to Modify

 The organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, or cancel the giveaway without notice if circumstances require it, without liability. It may also disqualify any fraudulent entries.
